Steve Morris' experience in agency covers many years and three counties! In Somerset & Dorset his expertise was employed by corporate agencies to take over failing offices and bring them up to scratch. As a seasoned veteran he joined David Evans Estate Agents in Hampshire in 1997 bringing valuable knowhow and rapidly gaining the respect of local families and his colleagues alike.

Some of Steve's easygoing communication skills could well have been instilled during his twelve years in Her Majesty's Navy and no doubt his negotiation techniques as a Petty Officer are paying dividends now! Steve, who lives in Chandlers Ford, is married and has a nine year old daughter.

And then, there's Phil……… Philip Oliver is a most likeable chap. He's still 'batching it', which some might well envy, leaving him free to enjoy his boat and please himself. Its also left him free to move around over the years, with long spells of selling fine homes in Richmond and the most pleasant parts of London.

Phil has now discovered his empathy with the rentals market and is positively surging ahead, bringing all his professionalism to securing ideal rental properties at all levels, and slotting in carefully vetted tenants, to everyone's satisfaction.

You'll find Alan Mottershead, always noisy & cheerful, at a front desk. It's a personal mission with Alan to find just the house you're looking for. As soon as a new instruction arrives in the office, he'll be hitting those phones, enthusing his keenest buyers, and filling his diary with viewings. Applicants are always keen to hear from Alan; they know his choices for them will be spot on.

Alan lives locally in a large town centre Victorian villa.

We don't see too much of Rob Goodyear. He's here at his desk in the mornings, then he's off with potential buyers all day. If Rob decides his viewers aren't as impressed as he thought they would be, he'll pop in for other keys, and try something else for them.

Rob's a Hampshire man through and through, and has astounding local knowledge of the families themselves, the town and the villages. Nothings too much trouble for Rob.

Paul Wright Insurance Services are also at number 4 High Street. The firm is an appointed representative of Legal & General marketing group, advising on and selling life assurance and investment products bearing the group's name and Paul is currently one of the top producers of L & G products in the country.

Paul's team of professionals know every aspect of the mortgage market, and Paul is always delighted with recommendations from happy clients.

Paul thinks a good time to be in the office is 4.30am. Although his own very reliable team is eager, and have plenty of late evening appointments, they have yet to be convinced !
